The Ek Bharat Shersht Bharat programme was launched by the Hon. Prime Minister to promote engagement amongst to enhance mutual understanding and bonding between people of diverse culture. The Ek Bharat Shersht Bharat club was formed in Dec. 2018 in the college as per the instruction of government. 

The college was paired with G.F.G. College Hangal and G.F.G. College Akkialur Karnataka.

Colleges were all ready to host a student exchange programme, but it had to be cancelled due to government limitations put in place in response to the COVID 19 outbreak. However, colleges ran a number of online initiatives and events to highlight the cultures of partnered states.
